Biography
Jessica Ketwaroo-Green is a recognized equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategist and social policy leader dedicated to transforming institutions through justice-focused systems change. With over a decade of experience spanning public policy, community-based research, and post-secondary education, Jessica brings a unique intersection of lived experience, academic insight, and executive vision to her work.
Her leadership is anchored in anti-oppressive, feminist, and intersectional frameworks, with a deep commitment to building equitable structures that foster psychological safety and collective accountability. Jessica has led transformative initiatives across government, non-profits, and academic institutions, driving policy reform, facilitating inclusive leadership development, and designing community-engaged research that centers the voices of those most impacted by systemic inequities.
As the Manager of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiatives at Fleming College and the Founder of JK&G Consulting, Jessica specializes in assessing organizational readiness, evaluating the impacts of institutional practices, and developing strategic EDI roadmaps. Her facilitation style is rooted in care, courage, and clarity—creating space for both honest dialogue and bold action.
Jessica holds multiple professional designations, including Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP) and Change Management Registered Practitioner. She is currently completing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and pursuing a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary studies examining the relationship between leadership, change management and equity and human rights to deepen her impact in public policy and systems leadership.
Through every facet of her work, Jessica envisions a future where organizations are not only inclusive by design, but also generative spaces for belonging, empowerment, and transformative justice.
